The Crystal Beach Hotel Patong, Patong

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was convenient and central, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and a king-size bed for extra comfort, although the bed could have been a bit better. The service, although not exceptional, still reflected standard Thai hospitality with a particular staff member shining through her outstanding service. However, there were some instances of poor customer service from other staff members. The dining experience offered globally inspired dishes, adding some variety to the cuisine available. The facilities were adequate, providing essential services for a comfortable stay.
